SLHS School Store Online Ordering
Orders placed online can be picked up at the School Store on:
Tuesdays from 11am-12:15pm
Thursdays from 10:30am-12noon
Cash, check or credit card payments are accepted at the store.

WORK PERMITS
Blank work permits are available in the Student Services/Counseling Office and the Main Office.
You may also download a work permit by clicking on the appropriate form:
If you need a work permit signed, please complete Sections 1 and 2, then bring the form to the Student Services/Counseling Office for signature.
