Please complete the grade appropriate enrollment forms from links below and then save them on your computer or phone to submit electronically in Step Three.

• • • Kindergarten/ Junior Kindergarten Enrollment Forms  (For 2022/23)
      • Kindergarten/ Junior Kindergarten Parent Information (For 2022/23) 
        • Kindergarten/ Junior Kindergarten Age Waiver  (For 2022/23)
        • Age of Enrollment Michigan’s Revised School code specifies a child must be 5 years old on or before September 1st in order to be eligible to enroll in Kindergarten/Junior Kindergarten.  The age waiver below is required if the parent or guardian wishes to enroll the child in Kindergarten /Junior Kindergarten and the child is not yet five years of age on September 1, but will be five years of age on or before December 1.
