Background Information: A gift of $500.00 has been donated to the FIRST Robotics Team 3641
Recommended Action: Accept the gift in accordance with policy 9350.
ITEM 6 ACCEPTANCE OF GIFT (click to view)
Background Information: Salem Elementary School received a check in the amount of $628.98 from Target
Corporation, through the Take Charge of Education school fundraising program. This money will be used forphysical educationand music materials.
Recommended Action: Accept the gift in accordance with policy 9350.
ITEM 7 2014-15 SCHOOL BUS PURCHASE (click to view)
Background Information: This agenda item was presented on November 18, 2013. No changes were requested.
Recommended Action: Approve the purchase of six 77-passenger buses from Blue Bird Vision at a total cost
of $530,658..
ITEM 8 2014 SUMMER TAX COLLECTION RESOLUTION (click to view)
Background Information: This resolution must be adopted annually in order to have summer property taxes
collected.
Recommended Action: Approve the resolution as presented.
