Kids Club Open Registration for Summer Kids Club, Fall 2010 Little Kids Club and Fall 2010 Kindergarten Kids Club is Monday, March 8, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. Space is limited for these programs and registration is taken on a first come, first served basis.

It is not necessary to register for Fall Kids Club (grades 1 through 8 only) on this date. Those who need to register only for Fall Kids Club Grades 1 - 8 may do so any time after Monday March 8th at the ECC office during office hours, or at any Kids Club site.

Kids Club
 To encourage exploration, play, decision-making and interaction with others, students will participate in activities such as:

  • Physical fitness

  • Quiet time

  • Supervised field trips

  • Creative play

  • Arts and craft projects

  • Games

  • Cooking experiences

Kids Club Sites
Kids' Club provides care at each South Lyon Elementary School from 7:00 am until school starts and from the end of the school day until 6:00 pm for children Kindergarten through 5th grade. (After school care includes a nutritional snack.)

Middle School Kids Club is held at Centennial Middle School for both Centennial and Millennium. Hours are after school until 6:00 p.m.

Kindergarten Kids Club
Care is also provided for kindergarten children on their off-days of school and half-day Wednesday at the Early Childhood Center.

Little Kids Club
 An all day program of care is offered for children 3 and 4 years old at the Early Childhood Center. The Little Kids Club provides a learning and friendly environment where children take part in movement and music, language and literacy activities, arts and crafts projects, science and math exploration. Children receive lunch and a morning and afternoon snack and have naptime in the afternoon. Children must be toilet trained.

Summer Kids Club
Kids Club Summer program is also provided from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm for children 3 years old through 7th grade during the off-school summer months. Activities are available daily with field trips scheduled at least once a week.

If you are interested in summer or fall Kids Club, or Little Kid's Club, registration forms are available at all of the Kid's Club sites, located in the cafeteria of the elementary schools between the hours of 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 to 6:00 p.m., or at the Early Childhood Center between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
