  MEAP (Michigan Educational Assessment Program)

MATH - In 2008, 90% of Dolsen third grade students, 94% of fourth grade students and 82% of fifth grade students taking the MEAP met or exceeded standards. The State average was 91% for third, 88% for fourth and 77% for fifth grade students.

ENGLISH/LANGUAGE ARTS (ELA) - In 2008, 82% of Dolsen third grade students, 84% of fourth grade students and 89% of fifth grade students taking the MEAP met or exceeded standards. The State average was 83% for third, 77% for fourth and 78% for fifth grade students.

READING - In 2008, 83% of Dolsen third grade students, 89% of fourth grade students, and 91% of fifth grade students taking the MEAP met or exceeded standards. The State average was 86% for third, 83% for fourth and 82% for fifth grade students.

SCIENCE - In 2008, 98% of Dolsen fifth grade students taking the MEAP met or exceeded standards. The State average was 83%.

WRITING - In 2008, 63% of Dolsen third grade students, 60% of fourth grade students and 74% of fifth grade students taking the MEAP met or exceeded standards. The State average was 61% for third, 44% for fourth and 63% for fifth grade students.
